I'll have to try your recipe. :) To make your cookie-making go even faster (because, let's face it, cravings need to be satisfied NOW), you *have* to get an ice cream scoop (the kind with the lever): it's the perfect size for scooping cookie dough and is way easier than using two spoons. No mess! I like the one that's about 1.5 inches across (about 1/4 cup)--it'll make cookies about the size of those in your pics.
